An employee at a zoological park entered the access lock leading to the cage of 2 tigers without preliminary assurance that the safety gate was closed. A couple of tigers attacked the employee twice, necessitating hospitalisation for superficial wounds to the legs and a shoulder. The zoo director killed the female tiger responsible for the first attack and injured the male tiger.
