Un incendie se déclare dans un reforming à la suite d’une fuite de joint d’échangeur (amiante recouvert métal). Le mélange riche en hydrogène a provoqué une inflammation spontanée. Le feu a duré pendant 30 min. L’accident serait consécutif à une série de démarrage/arrêts. Le traitement par recuit a dû être effectué sur 2 points qui avaient été arrosés pendant le sinistre.
