In a building abutting a dry cleaners, the release of carbon monoxide (CO) stemming from the cleaning company’s defective heating equipment slightly intoxicated 7 individuals, all of whom were taken to hospital for precautionary reasons. Building residents were allowed to return to their units once the premises had been ventilated.
