A fire, undoubtedly triggered by lightning, destroyed a 5,000 tonne oil tank. The fire, kindled by violent winds, spread to three other tanks that exploded. Nine hectares of the surrounding land was burnt. A train carrying 60 tonnes of carbon dioxide snow was urgently sent to the disaster area.
