An incident took place around 1:30 on a valve used for regulating the catalytic reforming unit of a refinery. The leakage of gas, followed by an outbreak of fire, is controlled by the plant firefighters team , but several units of the site must be stopped. Stopping and restarting the units cause noise and flaring episodes of products (to depressurize quickly the units). The refinery is starting again after a 3 months stop for maintenance, but no clear connection between the accident and the recent restart can be established. The operator issues a press release.
