Lors de travaux de terrassement, une pelle mécanique endommage vers 15h40 une canalisation de distribution de gaz naturel en polyéthylène (DN 20). L’entreprise disposait d’une ancienne DICT de mai 2009. L’entreprise aurait envoyé un courrier au service du gaz pour savoir si elle pouvait intervenir sous couvert de cet ancien document.
