In a chemical industry, a reactor ruptured releasing hydrogen, 12 t petroleum products and pyrophoric catalyst. The mixture immediately ignites on contact with the air. The fire is extinguished after 45 minutes. No people were injured. The production is stopped due to damages of the installation. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
